Last but not least on the list of the islands we visited was Wangerode. We had a short but pleasant ride out of our lagoon to the harbour of Wangerode.
The harbour of Wangerode is quite far away from the town. So they build a train between them. Looks so funny to see a train going over the beach on half through the water.
But it makes for a really peaceful harbour without all the tourists.
Wangerode has a surprisingly big youth hostel in a rebuild of an old lighthouse behind the beach.
And a pool table…
Happy to be here but also sad for knowing we have to leave this beautiful part of the world. Till the next time.
